This sounds simple but most people do not know what or where to buy. Should you buy a Flat or a Home? Near a golf course or a water front property? Vacation home rental or a second home? Near Disney World or in the City of Orlando? Each question creates another question and the list goes on. However when you answer each question you begin to define what you are looking for and the process begins to take shape. By defining your needs up front, the process will be much easier as you move through the process.
